| EXAMPLE OF A SEARCH: If you live on 10-01 West 4th Street in Queens, select Queens from the Borough drop down list, type 10-01 in the Address Number field, select West from the Street Prefix drop down list, and type the first few letters of the Street Name, 4th st, in the street name field. When you will see a drop down list of similar street names, select the appropriate street name and click GO button.
